Wasn't a fan of the interludes
Enjoyed it a lot more on second listen. Some tracks stood out to me more than others but the album as a whole was solid. I'm going to have to revisit this album again, it's a lot to digest but I'm liking it so far.
It was nice, wasn't anything amazing, but I would listen to it again.
Found it to be a lot weaker than his latest 2 projects. Lyrically it was much weaker I felt. It was still good, but I doubt I'll listen to it much again.
Really fly just acoustic guitar stuff.
More folk rocky and he sings. smh my head
Really great Southern hip hop album with plenty of funky bass heavy beats. This highlights the fact that Big Boi is just as talented as Andre 3000 (I feel like he gets less attention and credit). This was his first post-OutKast album and it's a really good effort. There are some insanely catchy songs on this album and the beats really stand out. Big Boi could carry an album with his flow and lyrics, but the overall product is really good. The features on this are all really good and add a lot, they're really well selected. I like every song on this album but I'd need to hear it a few more times to give it a 10. Apparently Andre 3000 produced You Ain't No DJ which has such a dirty beat, I love it.
Chill french house pop vibes. It's relaxing enough to listen to in the background but it's pretty boring overall. The beats are nice but don't do a lot for me. Other people that are more into house would probably appreciate this a lot more. I'd prefer to listen to a single or two in a playlist, rather than a whole album, the vocals seem too similar throughout. I obviously don't understand what is being said because it's in french but I can't imagine it to be an album where deep lyrics would fit in well. I do like to listen to french as a language, I think it's nice.
Better than Jaden
Was a really nice album, maybe a little long.
Pretty bland music with awful pretentious self-righteous lyrics. The female vocals were a lot better than the male vocals.
I thought it was a really enjoyable album, shame it isn't on anything but tidal :))))). Has some great songs in it aswell, No Church in the Wild, Ni**as in Paris, Gotta Have It, Why I Love You, HAM are all great imo.
Short album that contains one of my very favorite songs at the moment. Nice guitarry stuff. About half the album is a 7, other half an 8, but I'm leaning towards 7.
